Reusable Foam Padded Fruit Shipping Boxes with Free Shipping
Items may be returned in their original new, unused condition within fifteen (15) days of purchase for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Boxes must be returned in protective packaging (a poly mailer bag, or larger box). Boxes returned without protective packaging will be considered “used” and will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. We may, at our sole discretion, cover return shipping costs for wrong or defective items only.
A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. If you received a wrong or defective item, or simply wish to return your new, unused item within fifteen (15) days of purchase, please email customer support to request a Return Authorization Number. For all returns other than for reasons of wrong or defective item: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with no visible stickers, residue from removed stickers, markings, signs external wear, or fruit or other residue inside, etc. Due to food safety laws, we cannot accept returns on items that have been, or appear to have been used to ship food.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only, no exceptions.

Shipping damage
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item appears to have been damaged in transit. We will work with you to file a damage claim with the carrier, and may send a replacement product at our sole discretion.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including some custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We cannot accept returns or issue refunds or credits for items that show any visible signs of use or wear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not have offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your new, unused item for a different item, please follow the instructions above to return your item, and once your return is accepted, please place a new separate order for the item you wish to purchase.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We can only issue refunds to the original payment method, no exceptions.
