Shipping & Payment Policy

Shipping
US orders ship free via Standard Shipping.

Most orders placed before 11:00 AM MT ship the same day. Most orders placed after 11:00 AM MT ship the following business day.

All US orders ship from our warehouse in Colorado, United States via Standard Shipping carriers USPS or UPS. Free standard shipping carriers are automatically selected based on costs. Request for a specific carrier for free shipping can be accommodated when customer agrees to pay the difference between the cheaper rate and their preferred carrier’s actual rate, plus a $10 convenience fee payable prior to shipping..

Boxes are shipped in protective poly bags to prevent damage in transit. Bulk foam is shipped in poly bags.

Express Shipping
Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Address
Customer is responsible for providing an accurate, complete and deliverable address. Please double check that your shipping address is correct and complete before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delays, or orders not received by customers due to customers providing an incorrect, invalid or undeliverables address.

If invalid or undeliverable shipping address is provided by customer at checkout, customer agrees to provide Foam Shipping Products LLC with a correct valid shipping address, and pay the additional shipping costs associated with reshipping the items.

No refunds will be provided for orders not received due to undeliverables or invalid addresses. Customer agrees to pay any additional shipping charges, along with any other other costs associated with us re-shipping an order if customer initially provided an undeliverables or invalid address.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately upon receipt and provide a high quality photo of the damaged package, and damage to the item(s). Customer must file a damaged or missing report with the carrier according to the carrier's policies and terms of service. We will file an insurance claim with the carrier when appropriate, at our sole discretion. Customer agrees to await the carrier's reimbursement, and acknowledges that Foam Shipping Products LLC is not responsible for damages or loss caused by the carrier.

International Shipping
At this time we are only able to ship to the United States. We expect to offer international shipping to several different countries in the near future. If you would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please subscribe to our email list below.

Payments

Payment Methods Accepted
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Payment Methods Not Accepted
We do not accept any payment methods other than those listed in the Payment Methods Accepted section above.
